MPO-LC
LC stands for Lucent Connector. The LC is a small form-factor Fiber optic connector.
The LC Connector uses a 1.25 mm ferrule, half the size of the SC. Otherwise; it is a standard ceramic Ferrule connector. The LC has good performance and is highly favored for single mode. APC polish is with an angle for 8 degrees in the ferrule.
MPO cassette (or MTP cassette module) is an enclosed unit with one or more pre-terminated MTP/MPO breakout cables. It aims to converter MTP or MPO fiber trunk cables into standard LC, SC, and ST fiber connections. Our MTP/MPO cassettes are available in various fiber connectors (MTP/MPO to SC, LC, ST, FC, MDC, CS & SN), fiber modes (OS2, OM3, OM4, OM5), and fiber counts (8, 12, or 24).
